1. Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 5-day exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and have all tags intact.
Only one exchange request per order is allowed.
A ₹150 reverse shipping fee will be charged for all exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom-made products.
Intimate apparel.
Gift cards.
3. Initiating an Exchange
To request an exchange, email bellzfashion3@gmail.com with your order details.
If a reverse pickup is available at your location, we will arrange it. Pickup attempts will be made twice; if unsuccessful, you must self-ship the item and share tracking details within 2-3 days.
Reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code serviceability.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 5 days of delivery for a replacement. Return shipping fees will be covered by us.
Opening video is mandatory for claims related to missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
Claims submitted after 5 days will not be accepted.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeline:
